Return unworn within 14 days (not including postage). Earrings are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reason. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any item displaying damage deemed to be as a result of misuse, accidental damage or fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. In those cases, we can offer a repair at a cost.

All products are hand made to order and I do my uttmost to dispatch products within 3 working days of the order being placed. If an item is required to be delivered faster or by a specific date, please e-mail me at info@janasvabova.com

UK Orders

I offer free shipping for all UK orders which will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For. If returned to me as undelivered, I can redeliver at your own cost.

International Orders

Items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For. If returned to me as undelivered, I can redeliver at your own cost or refund you minus any cost incurred. Pricing is based on where is the order being placed from. 

As a general rule, avoid sleeping, showering or washing your hands with your jewellery on. Put any creams, moisturisers or perfumes on prior putting your jewellery on. 

Cleaning can be done with warm water and soap and dried with a soft towel.
