The Sea in the Sun is a one-off statement necklace inspired by the movement of ocean waves and the sparkle of sunlight reflected on the water.
At its centre is a beautiful light blue druzy chalcedony agate, whose crystalline surface catches the light like sunlight dancing across the sea. The stone is framed by a flowing sculptural silver form, creating a contrast between the natural texture of the agate and the movement of the metal.
I wanted the necklace to capture that fleeting moment when the surface of the sea becomes bright with reflected light — constantly moving, sparkling and changing as you look at it.
Handcrafted in the UK from sterling silver, this is a one-off piece.
