The Silver Ribbon Hoops are part of Jana Svabova’s Moving Textile collection, inspired by the flowing movement of fabric translated into solid silver.
These are a different take on the classic hoop. The silver curves and folds in a ribbon-like form, creating a sense of movement around the ear. Parts of the surface are textured by hand, adding depth and bringing out the contrast between smooth and textured silver.
Handcrafted by Jana in the UK from recycled sterling silver, these sculptural hoops combine the familiarity of a classic earring with the distinctive flowing forms found throughout the Moving Textile collection.
