Return unworn within 14 days (not including postage). Earrings are excluded from the return policy due to hygiene reason. Any delays or losses in transit will be at your own risk. I offer free shipping for all UK orders which will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For. If returned to me as undelivered, I can redeliver at your own cost.

Items will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed For. If returned to me as undelivered, I can redeliver at your own cost or refund you minus any cost incurred. Pricing is based on where is the order being placed from.

Cleaning can be done with warm water and soap and dried with a soft towel.
